Joe Johannes is the president of US Roller.
He has 40 years of experience in the printing and roller manufacturing industries. This background is something our customers find invaluable. He has managed small print shops to multi-million dollar printing facilities with multiple sites. During this time, he was responsible for researching and implementing best practices for manufacturing operations, especially related to process improvement and staff training.
Doug Truckenbrod
Started in Printing in 1980 with various companies until 2000. Then started roller sales with SI Roller as Sales manager in Wisconsin. Moved to the Houston area in 2010 to become plant manager with American Elastomer Products, in 2017 I started working with Finzer Roller company until 2020. When I started with US Roller inc. As General Manager of our Houston facility.
